Hi, my name is  Inga!

Why did I start with glaciers, but ended up designing experiences?

Growing up on breathtaking Arctic stories I chose to study Physical Geography.

On a Geomorphology field practice on Gotland, Sweden.
Inga majored in glaciers.

I would soon choose to major in Glaciology.

I presented at global conferences and lived across continents earning my portfolio for the polar and marine sciences.

Inga received another grant to study in Japan.

I was awarded the Japanese government grant and a research position at Hokkaido University to research glaciers and ice sheets.

However after a couple of years of pursuing my academic career...

Studying glaciers at Uppsala University main library.

I found myself drawn to the work that had more practical and immediate impact.

So from glaciers

...I transitioned to Media Design

In Tokyo I received my Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction. Along the way, I cinematically documented my life in Japan. This content resonated with many and earned me a YouTube silver button.

My skills then led me to Scandinavia’s largest media house, where I redesigned an internal Media Asset Management system for VG.

Currently at Wilhelmsen, a global maritime company, where I prototype, do motion design and get to blend creativity with tech every day.
